How does food scanning work?

Point your camera at any pet food — the ingredient label, front of the bag or can, or raw ingredients. Kibble's AI will identify the food and generate a personalized nutrition score based on your pet's profile.

How accurate are the nutrition scores?

Scores are generated by AI analysis and are vet-informed, but they are not a substitute for professional veterinary advice. Always consult your vet before making dietary changes, especially if your pet has health conditions.

How do I add multiple pets?

Free accounts support one pet profile. Upgrade to Kibble Pro to add unlimited pets.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to your device's Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Kibble, then tap Cancel. Your Pro features will remain active until the end of your billing period.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Profile → Delete Account in the app. This will permanently delete your account and all associated data.

Is my data safe?

Yes. Your data is stored securely with encryption at rest and in transit. We never sell your data. See our Privacy Policy for details.
