Kibble is a pet nutrition app that uses AI to analyze pet food and provide personalized nutrition scores based on your pet's profile. The app helps pet owners make more informed food choices for their dogs and cats.
Kibble provides general nutritional guidance and information only. Kibble is NOT a substitute for professional veterinary advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult your veterinarian before making dietary changes for your pet, especially if your pet has health conditions.
Nutrition scores and grades are generated by AI analysis and may not be 100% accurate. Scores are estimates based on available information and should be used as one factor in your decision-making, not the sole basis for dietary choices.
Kibble does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or health condition. If your pet has a medical condition, follow your veterinarian's specific dietary recommendations.
You must create an account to use Kibble. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating your account and pet profiles.
You may not share your account with others or create multiple accounts. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Kibble offers a free tier and a paid subscription (Kibble Pro). Details of what each tier includes are described within the app.

You retain ownership of content you upload to Kibble (pet photos, vet documents). By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and display it within the app for the purpose of providing our services to you.
We do not sell your content to third parties. We do not use your pet photos or vet documents for any purpose other than providing the Kibble service to you.
Nutrition scores, grades, AI analysis text, and food recommendations are generated by artificial intelligence. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. You should independently verify any information that is important to your pet's health.
We are not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated scores or recommendations.
The app contains links to third-party retailers. We may earn commissions on purchases made through these links. Affiliate relationships do not influence nutrition scoring. We are not responsible for products purchased through third-party retailers or for those retailers' practices.
We strive to keep Kibble available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The app may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss resulting from app downtime.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kibble and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or pet health outcomes, arising from your use of the app.
Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of Kibble shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kibble and its creators from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the app or violation of these terms.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app. Your continued use of Kibble after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
You may stop using Kibble at any time by deleting your account. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
